Alberts Hendrajaya is currently the Head of Digital at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia, an advisor of LYFE, a decentralized wellness rewards and gamification platform for healthy lifestyle through blockchain technology, and founder of RAME, a local leading art community and marketplace in Indonesia. He is growth-oriented and brand builder with a broad base of experience across 3 business verticals: Consumer, Pharmaceutical, and Public Health. In this capacity, he is leading the digital transformation, anchoring topline power relationship, and driving strategic partnership to advance sustainable growth and innovation. This enables him to be one of the most influential digital marketing figure in Indonesia to receive numerous recognition and awards.
Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Alberts was Digital Lead at Mindshare for Deodorant, Baby Care, and Beverages category for Unilever Indonesia. Prior to this role, Alberts was a financial consultant at Accenture handling a large state-owned bank in Indonesia on value proposition and a consultant at Cisco Dubai and Shanghai accelerating IoT, big data, and digitizing mall ecosystem.
