Zulfitra Agusta is an industry expert with 14 years track record covering the complete portfolio of banking business such as Corporate Banking, Syndication & Club Deal, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Loan Restructuring. He started his career as Junior Relationship Manager in HSBC for both Lending and Saving Product, and continued to numbers of well-known bank including Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Indonesia Eximbank and Bank Syariah Mandiri. During his career in 2015 until 2017 as Managing Director of NH Capital Indonesia, he has originated & executed deal with several top 10 companies in Indonesia. He was responsible for growing the company by sourcing, developing, negotiating, executing and closing fund raising opportunities.
As a calculated risk-taker with deep financial industry knowledge, he has mastered various skill-set including Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling & Structure, Merger & Acquisition and Marketing Management. With his solid performance, he already scored several key transactions in Indonesia including USD 1 billion syndicated loan one of conglomerate groups, USD 500 million IPO & syndication for Garuda Indonesia and its subsidiaries, USD 1 billion syndicated loan of Adaro Energy, and USD 150 million of Gojek from ASTRA Group, among others.
Zulfitra is most fulfilled when helping the local business to grow by supporting the financial aspect. Thus bring him to join with CROWDO as Chief Commercial Officer, with the same vision to establish a regional smart fintech bridge with two pillars of attracting foreign capital to augment restricted domestic credit, and technology innovation. Already in Indonesia, 50% of the credit is sourced from overseas and Crowdo assists the distribution of this capital to close to 20 different industries such as retail, consumer goods, services as well as the informal sector. He believes CROWDO is the partner in delivering the best solution for both SME clients and investors.
